Cancellation Policy

Please contact us as soon as possible before the scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule. No call/no shows will have deposits forfeited. Late Policy: Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more late will need to be rescheduled and deposit will be forfeited. Sick Policy: Please contact us as soon as possible of you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness. If client arrives to an appointment physically ill, we will reschedule appointment. If you or someone you come in close contact with tests positive for COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible. There will be a 14-day waiting period required before returning for a follow up appointment. Travel Policy: If you travel outside of El Paso anytime before a scheduled appointment, please inform us as soon as possible. There will be a 14-day waiting period required before returning for a follow up appointment. Please do not bring any extra guests to appointments. Our building's front doors remain locked. At this time, we are asking clients to wait in their vehicles until lash artist is ready. We will message you when we are ready for you to enter the building.
