Policies

Cancellation Policy: Please contact us as soon as possible before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. No call/no-shows will have deposits forfeited.
Late Policy: Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more late will need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited.
Sick Policy: Please contact us as soon as possible if you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness. If a client arrives at an appointment physically ill, we will reschedule the appointment. If you or someone you come in close contact with tests positive for COVID-19, please contact us as soon as possible. There will be a 14-day waiting period required before returning for a follow-up appointment.

Please refrain from any phone usage during lashing. Clients may use phones once they come off the lash beds.

We will be strictly enforcing our sick policy. If clients arrive with any of the following symptoms, we will have to reschedule the appointment:

Fever​

Headache

Muscle Aches

Loss of taste or smell

Cough
-
Congestion/runny nose
-
Sneezing (including for seasonal allergies)​

We ask clients to try and avoid paying with cash in order to make the transaction as contactless as possible. We have devices available to take "dip" payments. For this, all that is needed is for clients to set up their credit/debit cards on their cell phones under the "wallet" feature. We also have a variety of electronic payment apps available such as Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay & Zelle.

Please do not bring any guests to appointments, as we are trying to limit the amount of contact as much as possible. We understand that these are trying times and finding childcare may be an issue. However, we ask that clients do not bring children to their appointments, in order to keep them safe as well. If childcare is an issue interfering with an appointment, please contact us to reschedule.

We ask clients to please wash their hands upon entering the building, before entering our studio for the appointment. ​
